Welcome!

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Child and Youth Counsellor with over 20 years of experience working with youth, adolescents, and their families in crisis.

Whether you are a parent concerned about your child, a teen or adolescent struggling with racing thoughts and worrying incessantly about the future, or an individual just feeling stuck and having difficulty cultivating joy in your life, I am here to support you on your journey of self-awareness and personal growth.

Change is hard but having the courage to ask for help is the first step, even if the thought of sharing your fears and life experiences seems daunting and overwhelming.

Therapy is a process that unravels differently for everyone, and I meet clients exactly where they are on their path in life, using an interactive, warm, and non-judgemental approach.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together, and I create a safe space that is holistic, client centred, and collaborative where your feelings are validated and heard.

Your past does not need to define you and your future is yours to build and discover. Let’s join and see where your journey takes you one step at a time.
